Cosy and quiet rooms with the private bathroom, and terrific services. Magnificent and incredible location, near a museum and a theatre etc.

Unpleasant staff!

The place is beautifully designed and fancy, we didn't feel like leaving!

The room is tidy, comes with garden view, a bath, good WIFI. The location is particularly good and fantastic close to all the major tourist attractions including the British Museum across the road, next to a museum and a theatre.

Exceptionally clean rooms with a bath as well as the private bathroom and terrific service - just as we expected. Perfect and incredible location, it was near a museum and a theatre.

My a nice size and absolutely perfect room included very clean bed, a TV and a lounge area. This accommodation was in the central location to direct metro to Heathrow.

The view was particularly nice to the park. Location: the hotel was short walk to museums as well as tube. The staff were efficient and flexible with any request.

The location is very good, in an attractive and quiet street. The furniture and fittings in the single room were dated but in reasonable condition. The lift and guest lounge are an added bonus in this price range.

I opted for the shared toilet and shower option to save money. A little disappointed with the quality of these facilities. Worth noting that the reception closes at 11pm.

The location was really nice and central, yet fairly quiet.

The breakfast was horrible and so was the fact that the room was next to the very busy shared toilet. The place looks like it hasn't been done up since the 70s. Shameful condition for such a fine location.

Excellent location just next to the British Museum. Double room was good, breakfast was ordinary, staff was helpful and polite. Great hotel for its price. Walking distance to soho, and Russel Square tube station with a one hour direct connection to Heathrow.

I have no complains for my 3 days stay there

The location is excellent, close to Underground on Picadilly line, in walking distance to British museum and nice restaurants, quiet and nice park-view from window.

Bathroom/toilet very small (bad smell)

Friendly and accommodating staff. Relatively quiet at night. Good location, close to the British Museum and British Library. Short walk to main Euston station. Allowed me to store luggage at the front desk till the evening on the day after I checked out, which was very convenient.
